Berardi is a right winger and we already co-own him :D

I'm keeping a close eye on him this season.

He's been looking good so far. I'm impressed I didn't think he'd make the jump so quickly from Serie B to Serie A.

Hopefully he continues to improve and impress, and maybe one day he'll be in Torino.

Juve plan Vidic scenario
By Football Italia staff

Juventus are reportedly keeping tabs on the possibility of Nemanja Vidic being available next summer on a free transfer.

Set to turn 32 later this month, the centre-back’s current deal at Manchester United will expire in June 2014.

Whilst United manager David Moyes has recently stated his intention for the club to negotiate a new deal this autumn with the club captain, Tuttosport suggest that the player may be reluctant.

It is a situation that reportedly has Juventus as one of a number of clubs monitoring and that the Bianconeri may have an advantage.

It is seen that should Vidic get into February next year without having renewed his contract, director general Beppe Marotta is optimistic of closing a deal with his agent, Silvano Martina.

Martina is seen to have a good relationship with Juve, due to his representation of goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.

another CB is not needed ... and these free transfers are starting to get on my nerves ...buying players who are free or have 1 year left in contract and not buying players that we rly need.

Alonso is one of that players too

We need players for the future ,young players

Yeah lets fall for that mistake like inter did... Have you watched an inter match lately? Alonso would walk into their XI with no problem.. you can't have 11 players who are 19 years old.. it would be ideal but it isn't possible.. you need some players with experience on the pitch (pirlo and such)

If we get Alonso on the free next summer I'll be very happy..

People are once again making the big mistake.

Those young defensive players, are much less good then their aging counterparts at current time. Sure, in 2 years they'll improve massively, but you cannot disregard the current situation.

Remember that milan goal after a pogba mistake ? Well, that was pogba who's massively ahead for his age and rarely makes a bad pass. A human defender or midfielder would make such mistakes much sooner and quicker.

Why do cup winning teams generally contain players 28-32 ? ideal mix of experience and skill and physique.

Ideally, you have experienced defenders and one experienced substitute. Young players should be introduced slowly.

Vidic is past it, not the Cb he once was
Sadly true. Cant really see what he'll add cause he wont come to sit on the bench
