Kempf is some sort of talent form Germany. I read an interview with his agent stating that he is turning us down because we're offering him more primavera football than 1st team football, because the Italian league is less atractive than the Bundesliga and because he can get more 1st team football over there. In short, I wouldn't be upset if he died.
