4-3-2-1

Buffon
Licht Barz Ogbonna Chiellini/Asa
Vidal Pirlo Pogba
Cerci Tevez
Llorente

:agree:

Then, off the ball we can resemble a 4-5-1 and finally stop getting exploited by teams who double up on the flank.

Cash + Giovinco

Gio has almost nothing to offer us, we're low on funds and we're reportedly interested in Cerci

Sounds like a Beppe type deal, and yeah Cerci's carrying a below mediocre team all by himself right now whilst Nani is

A) having a nightmare with injuries and terrible performances

B) Supposedly valued at 22M.

I sound like a broken record but Cerci is playing like a forward at Torino and like how others said he strives off counters. How he would preform as a winger and a possession team? Idk

I know he's playing as a forward but at least we can all see he's god a decent finish on him.

Forget the system he's playing in for a second, and let's look at what he, himself is capable of doing and doing well

He's quick which is something we lack massively.
He can take his man on
He can either cut in and shoot, or even run down the line and whip in a cross
He's a very good finisher, especially with his left
He's fairly hard working

Those are his individual qualities, and a lot of those qualities he's displaying game in, game out for Torino are qualities which we're lacking.

TRUE TRUE. But so is Eder from sampdoria. this dosn't mean that they are going to make a difference at juve. we need pure quality not just inform players. if you look at cerci at national level he is absolutely non existent, which means that he is not going to make a difference at juve against champions league teams like bayern or real. same goes for biarbiany menez etc....

Okay forget everything and remember he isnt a player that would significantly improve us.

But the ever unreliable Nani, the completely unknown variable De Bruyne or even the BPL flop Lamela would?

We're not going to get a pair of World class wingers, we just have to get the best ones that we can.

No matter what, in the next few seasons we're not going to be matching up against Real or Bayern and have equal quality man for man on the wing, forget about it. But what we have is a World Class midfield and possibly the most stacked CB department in Europe. So as long as our Wingers are quality then that's good enough.

The absolute best winger we can hope for is Di Maria, and that's if we spend 30M for a player for the first time in years.
