lets see if you will claim this in 2-3 years when he goes to the EPL and starts beating the $#@! out of english top clubs.
I wouldnt bet on it..
He could be a small team star or just another player at a mid table club but he would never be the big thing! He would never lead a big team
He could be a reserve though.

what do you guys think of Di Maria as a winger in a trident? I think he doesn't score enough goals to play a wing forward, pretty sure Marchisio scored more goals than him the last few seasons. also can't see enough goals in Menez to make Juve CL sf contender. We will have to be better than atleast one of PSG, Madrid, Barca, Bayern or ManCity ... atleast on paper to be considered that good. You guys think Nani, Menez or Di Maria would make us good enough to be considered better??

it's not how many goals he scored last season it's the class that he provides to the team. he is a player that is at his best when he plays with the best. he has scored more goals in the champions league than the la liga. anyways he provides tonnes of assists and llorente, menez or even berardi will be poaching the goals in. i don't think neither psg, man city, barca nor bayern will suit him because he will look for REGULAR playing time and all of those teams have world class wingers already. the only teams that i see challenging for di maria are monaco $$ (but they do have both rodriguez and ocampos so it dosn't make sense for him to go there + the french league is shieeet and monaco have like 10 fans).

Us juve would be a perfect fit because he would be a starter plus we have a strong south american base of players including his teammate tevez. salary ways we can possibly offer more than his 3 million net wage maybe 3.5-4 million. also we need him because we are in POT 3 next year which means that we would probably have 2 really good teams in our group (remember man city last year when they had real madrid, ajax and dortmund?)...... just hope that we somehow we get olimpiacos. anyways a winger like di maria and a partnership with menez or berardi or even giovinco would be class with llorente or any other striker on top.

Di Maria is fantastic player, real difference maker and if we're gonna spend big on someone, he'll be well worth it. First tier of wingers, targets that are slightly out of our range or thereabout, would be: Lavezzi, Di Maria, Kuba; second one: Menez and Nani. Hopefully one of them will come here.

No matter what we're not gonna match Bayern or Madrid for wingers. But, as long as we have good enough Wingers we will be fine. Our defence is better than pretty much every other club when it's working properly. And our CM department is World class.

Di Maria is a great fit for us aswell tbh.

our central defence is probably best in the world. we have 3 world class CBs and 1 to be world class CB. i mean compare it to bayern CB and barzagli and chiellini are much better than dante boateng. but of course we need world class wingbacks. litchsteiner is pretty much one of the best RBs but we need a proper LB.

our midfield is probably top in europe. i don't see anyone with as much balance in our midfield. we also have incredible depth with asamoah and marchisio (2 top internationals).

we just need wingers and a leftback!!!!!!!!!
