When will people realise that the winter budget, is the left over from the summer, and that since we had no leftover, that there is no winterbudget ?

It doesnt magically appears you know

As for he summer, think 25mil or less.
I believe you know that at the summer marceto we actually had more income (26.75M) than we spent (23M)? so I don't think I understand your point.
we are supposed to have now more money to spend than we had in the summer.

And as for the summer? 25M is totally enough, if we sell all of the unnecessary players we should sell anyway (we should get from them at least 30M), of course...

There are installments of previous transfers that were payed, there was the continassa project that required most of our liquid money, and then there are wages..

What unneccecary players do we got that would bring 30 mil ? its not as if we got a wanted property

And what will we use to pay for all that? Shirt buttons?
We should sell some of our players of course, but remember we have 25 mil. for the summer mercato. My choice for january departures are Motta, Peluso, Padoin, Isla. In the summer we can try to sell Storari, Rubinho, De Ceglie, Quagliarella, Giovinco / Vučinić and maybe Bonucci. Of course Bonucci should be sacrifice only if we will change formation in 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 and if we can bring in some top wingers like Di Maria and Griezmann. After selling our players we should replace them with youngsters. Dont forget we have a lot of talented youngsters like: Boakye, Bouy, Appelt, Untersee, Massi, Leali, Beltrame, Berardi, Zaza, Gabbiadini... I would rather see some of this youngsters playing over players like Motta, Peluso or even fragile Giovinco. Youngsters should learning from Conte and our top players and not from some 3. division players.

And there is the 65M from the champions league last season. We should be able to spend at least 15M at the winter. And if we can't, so we'll sell a player or two.
The players we should get rid of: pepe, motta, padoin, 2 of vucinic/quag/giovinco, de cegile, peluso, and some of the players we co-own. Marotta should decide which players to sell at January and which to sell only at the summer, but all of them should not open the next season at black and white. Don't you think that all of them combined worth 30M?
If really needed, we can also sell marchisio/bonucci next season, but i'd really rather they stay.

The lack of ready cash is one of the main reasons Juve should keep Pirlo for another year or two.

Try to delay remodelling the team for as long as possible to give the club as much time to develop off the pitch as possible, so that there may be more money available when the changes to the team do need to be made.

Don't forget we were close to signing Nainggolan on the last day, so it's not unreasonable to suggest that in an emergency or if an opportunity arises there is money available to sign either him or an alternative(s).

But generally don't expect to see us stump up any significant money in a winter window.

By my reckoning;

Jan 2009 - €0.8m total, €0.8m net
Jan 2010 - €0 total, €0 net
Jan 2011 - €3.2m total, €0.7m net (including Matri €2.5m loan-to-buy)
Jan 2012 - €9.9m total, €4.4m net
Jan 2013 - €1.5m total, €1.5m net

Just look some of the figures!
Marco Motta 1,5
Federico Peluso 4
Simone Padoin 4
Mauricio Isla 6,5
Marco Storari 0,5
Rubinho 0,3
Simone Pepe 5
Mirko Vučinić 12
Fabio Quagliarella 9
TOTAL SUM : 42,8 Mil. + 25 Mil. = 67,8 Mil. !!!
We even don't need to sell Bonucci or Marchisio, if we can sell players from the list.
And we can give chance to players like Appelt, Leali, Boakye, Untersee, Beltrame, Pinsoglio to develope with the likes of Vidal and Pirlo. :tuttosport:

The fact he's not Leverkusen's main striker might've helped, but I probably just caught him on a good day, as he did look quite selfish in the YT highlights from Hamburg. He was playing as an SS on the left side on Saturday, with Castro and their LB providing most of the width on that side, so he was dropping pretty deep for a forward and whenever he got the ball he either got a shot off or did a good job of distributing it.

Sounds like he is learning from his inadequacies of last year ... and that's a good thing.

Now that Pirlo is out for at least 2months we will get Nainggolan for sure.
Where are those who claimed that Radja is surplus. Cagliari will most certainly set a higher price now especially with Inter lurking just around the corner.

Yeah, lets forget about football manager and look at the reality, shall we ?
The board didnt suddenly went "oh my good look, its 65 million" , they set quarterfinals as a target.
All that money goes into the total income to make a budget, and in the summer it has been allready spend.

Selling bonucci and marchisio, for what purpose ? Just yesterday we saw the great benefit of having 4 high quality central midfielders. what if pirlo eventually stops ? We could perfectly use the 3 we got as a base for the rest.

Bonucci ? You are selling a starter ? For who exactly ?

Just look some of the figures!

You name value's for players, that are somewhat the transfervalue's.

Thing is, who is waiting for those players ? who is wanting to pay their price ?

Basically, you are selling our entire bench.

THEN, you assume that all our promising youngsters will turn out good, where as usually 1/20 is allready incredibly optimistic

Seriously guys, this isnt a videogame
