we need to have 3 homegrown players right? i guess that would mean DC, Marchisio, Gio. But what is the definition of homegrown, would Leali, Berardi count as homegrown?

For Champions League (according to FM), you need at least 4 players that played for Juventus (the youths) for 3 years before they were 21, and you need another 4 that played for an Italian team for 3 years before they were 21.

So Juve home grown would be DC Marchisio Giovinco. Leali & Berardi would fall in to the second category

Does this mean that he will overtake the "pepe" role, just playing on the left of the trident - moving Giovinco/Vucinic to the right (the not so hardworking, creative winger) and Tevez swapping with Llorente as the main striker?

One thing is certain, tevez will not be playing on the wing for much longer, I'm pretty sure that it's stated in his contract that he has to be a striker / ss (?)

It could work, shame that we can't field both tevez and big L together at the same time.

How come he wants to leave PSG? Or they don't want him anymore? He seems like a rather good, useful player. For free why not.
