I am sure some options will become available during the summer, but it is difficult to acquire anyone in January (even on loan) as so many players are already cup tied.

True, my options were also for the summer window, I don't expect much in the winter, maybe some Padoin/Peluso like signings which no one pleases.
A LB would be great, but there aren't many options (affordable) out there I think. A short term solution might be Evra, I read yesterday that he wants to leave ManU.
