Well, as usual we're slow at conducting business outside of raiding Atalanta. Monaco outlined what they want, Falcao apparantly said he'd take a reasonable pay cut. And we fuck around for a few days then give up.

I expect Falcao to City to be announced within 24 hours unless Falcao for whatever reason doesn't want to move there.

Having said that, City and PSG apparantweren't allowed to increase their wage budget and had to sell before they could spend crazy money hence Luiz being the only stupid signing by PSG. City can spend some more money on transfers, especially if it's only a 12M loan.

But wages... surely they need to sell multiple players in order to fall in line with FFP
