The fifth striker can be promoted from within,i.e. primavera.Why do we need to waste precious millions on someone who will barely get any playing time??How many matches will Tevez+Llorente miss that Giovinco and Morata can't cover?Will unmotivated Eto'o really give his best on the pitch(not to mention his best is fairly average nowadays) or a motivated primavera who dreams of donning the black and white everyday?I would rather have Boakye than Eto'o as my fifth striker.

You want to use that 5th striker in times of need. so preferably someone with experience that isnt in dire need to play

putting a primavera as 5th striker that barely plays, is basically ruining that guys career, as they need to play at that age

I have no idea who of our youngsters will be loaned and who will play Primavera but I kind of like the idea of having a Primavera player called up every now and then. Zoran Josipovic was great last year in pre-season and we do have other talented boys in our books.
Elvis Kabashi (more of a SS/AM), Sergio Buenacasa (ST), Eric Lanini (LW, SS)..
