I think people here should post their credentials in finance before posting on topics regarding wages and other finance related items. The majority of people here who speak on such topics have no background in finance or budgeting whatsoever, so why do they act like experts on it? They don't even know what time value of money is.
This. Especially when they assume we pulled Allegris name out of a hat and as a massive company/business we don't have any contingency plans for situations like this past one.

Why do you guys keep talking about Isco?

Obviously we can't afford him even if he arrives on a free, his wages would be too high.

Fuucking idiots.
I think you are right. Isco earns 2m a year. Maybe juve could afford such a big contract, if vidal would be sold? But then again my expertise in finance is very limited. My mother works as a toilet lady, therefore she could only teach me how to handle pocket change. With big money issues, i am pretty clueless.

I'm assuming they would have a business continuity plan in place. But who knows, maybe not.

Nobody seems to be wanting to answer my question : is Isco interested in leaving madrid ?
Last week, when the Liverpool rumours started, he denied and said he would like to stay. But with James and Kroos coming in, and if Ancelotti tells him he will have a long way to game time, he might want to move, depending on which club it is off course. I'm not 100 % sure he will leave, but i think Real would be open to discussion (won't let him go for peanuts though) and i bet he will soon feel he isn't an important part of the plans in Madrid. BUT, we are not talking about a Tevez-like situation, where it is already given he will leave no matter what and the only question is where he will go

Isco would be retarded not to want out now that Kroos AND James will be there

It's not even a case of him replacing an older more established player a couple of years down the line, the people ahead of him in the pecking order are closer to 20 than 30

Basically he'll be lucky to play in cup matches.

These last few days have been so boring in terms of rumours.

I hope Marotta and Paratici are cooking something up in the background, but I highly doubt that.

Isco or Pastore :xfinger:

Last I checked we had no chance to sign an Isco-class player. Why do we even debate over him?

Shaqiri/Jovetic/Lavezzi/Pastore in this particular order for me. It's hard to predict it right now but I think all of them are ~20m players. I hope we miss out on Cerci and Candreva though.

Yeah but I think there's the universal 'we don't have money' excuse. I'd love him here, he's a monster and IMO we should be all over him but I just can't see it with the experience of mine.

Maybe if we sold some more deadwood like Pepe, Isla, Padoin, Sorensen, Marrone, Rossi etc. but I still can't see it. Sometimes I think we wouldn't be able to pull it off even with Vidal's money. I give credit to Marotta but I don't trust him if you know what I mean :p
