It's symptomatic of this forum in general, though.

You know, when I first joined here, we had people that were regarded as "experts" in this place such as Respaul and Denco, just to name a few. Respaul, especially would make anyone here right now who thinks they know the ins and outs of the financial situation feel incompetent in comparison. But the difference was that people such as himself and Denco, who was extremely well versed in tactics and the history of the club, would actually take the time and patience to educate those who wanted to learn.

I took in their knowledge like a sponge to water, and there is no way that I would know half of what I do if it weren't for gentlemen like that.

Seriously @Zacheryah, you would do more good than harm if you took a step back and explained things to people who don't know, without making them feel like a moron. Please, man. Please.
I do the same in the gym thread, or when asked about biochemistry.

Its easy to be helpfull and explaining when you arent trolled/mocked all the time

Also, think a moment before calling me arrogant for that " "smiley.

I have to deal with abuse from klin and his bandwagon of sodomists for 2 years now. They take 1 phrase out of a well constructed post, and add such smileys to that and something like "cringe" or "omfg" or "idiot", w/e.

I've grown used to it. Sometimes the will to explain fades and i go like "they"ll act the same way so i'll just put this smiley and be done with it".
Wich is prejudice, and i shouldnt do that

But @Osman and @King-of-Kings, you shouldnt judge me. Cause you aint put a fraction of the efford i do, and dont get a fraction of the abuse i get.

Get Isco and Morata, hopefully Evra still wants to come..and No sale, get Pogba and Licht a new contract, at least this will calm me down a bit..

Play the 4-3-1-2 Isco can be subbed by Gio or Coman in that treq position.. Morata together with Isco could really make this Juve sexy..

He is quite mobile, not fast mobile, but he moves in and out of the space beaten midfield and defence really well. Extremely technical in smooth way and creative.
That's good to know (provided if we can get him)

We'll have Llorente to receive balls and next to him Tevez as a mobile forward. Isco, Vidal and Pogba run into space and two wingers in the form of Lichtsteiner and Evra.

It's too many ifs but the team looks good if we keep Vidal and Pogba while buying Evra and Isco.

Do it.

Pogba would not be a good trequartista, marchisio is actually better in that position. Hence Conte tought the same.

Pogba should keep his BtB role, where he excells in
Nonsense.you clearly havent watched Marchisio when he played TQ numerous times for the NT.He's absolutely horrible there.

vidal would be better there... if he stays......
Yeah either would be good imo.

He's better and more suited for the position compared to pogba, who loses his strongest characteristics.

You guys dont seemb to understand how a trequartista works.

If you got a talented bulldozer, placing it on a rallytrack, doesnt automatically makes it a talented rallycar.

But coaches do.Heynckes played Vidal as AM at Leverkusen and it worked extremely successfully.

Pogba is an AM when he was at the U-21 team.

So yeah, their opinion holds more weight than a random person on the internet.

Vidal could play AM, he did quite well in WC considering he was injuried.

But yeah, getting a proper AM would be perfect. Someone like Isco would be a dream come true, I would even forget that Allegri is our coach :p

If you think Marchisio is good for trequartista then you don't even know what a trequartista is nor do you know of marchisio's strengths and weaknesses. marchisio is very bad choice for trequartista, his best offensive assets are good technique and very good runs into the box which we haven't seen since 2012, and his dribbling is not that great and passing his far too inconsistent to be focal point of team like trequartista. vidal is much better all round and more consistent, his dribbling is much better for taking on players and better finishing to be playing higher up the pitch.

but even better is proper AM.

Conte is a random person on the internet ?
See, you complain when i do the smiley, but your comment does exactly the same mister ;)

Let me explain you a few things, so you understand it better.

U-21 teams arent really a reference in several ways. Its basically about raw talent, more then positions and roles. You'll find plenty of top players who have played different roles and positions in the youth sector. Its because the talent is much more important then roles at that point.

You are right about Vidal as an AM at Leverkusen. Yeah, AM. Not trequartista, wich is an entirely different thing. Heynckens used Vidal the same way Conte uses him, but much further on the field. He has the same characteristics and tasks as a box to box player, but he's put far more advanced. This was because of his scoring ability at the edge of the box, and the huge pressure Leverkusen could put on the opponent's defence.

We were talking about trequartista's here. They arent used for pressing and delivering shots from the edge of the box (primarly). The trequartista roams free between attack and midfield, doesnt press at all and is seeking the space there. He is the playmaker that wants to give the trough balls, or holds on to the ball close to the enemy's penalty box.

If you make Vidal or Pogba a trequartista, they are wasted. They may not press, they shouldnt seek for actions. No, they have to roam around and distribute passes to build up the play. Like Pirlo does, but in a far more advanced role. And actively seek trough balls instead of actions themselves. Unless on the counter or when they can have a free shot if they get past their marker.

Think. What is the key difference between Isco, Totti, Pastore... and Vidal, Pirlo ?
