Your only argument would be 'he's more useful than a regular bench player' which yet again doesn't make sense since he's a bench player. And there's a chance we'd improve our starting XI.

Would I like him out? Yeah, if that means a stronger squad. Do I think he's a good bench player? Yeah.
Exactly, he's useful bench player, but if his sale would mean the fair possibility for us to finance some major acquisition, than I would be all for that. But you can see the paradox here, how could our bench player get us enough money to bring top player? IMHO not gonna happen.

If rumors are true about Vidal considering to leave, Marotta should get his act together and sign Sanchez NOW... Surely, we can convince Vidal to stay, if we bring a top class player and his great friend..

Vidal is by far our most important player, he is still only 27, and would be an upgrade in any team in the world. He should leave for no less than 80M in today's market..

IMO, Vidal won´t leave though, but Sanchez will not come, he will go to highest bit after WC for at least 30M.. I have no high expectations for this mercado.. Keeping both Vidal and Pogba is the best we can hope for.

3-5-2 will still be used at least in 90% next season, and we will only buy young, cheap, versatile players like Berradi, Perrayra etc. to experiment with 4-3-3 in rare cases.

Sanchez/Cuadrado is just another Aguero/RVP/Jovetic story.. Will never happen..

this would certainly improve our starting XI, but overall? im not sure. Cuadrado and Sanchez would require all our money (including the money from Marchisio) but what then? we would use a 4-3-3 i suppose in which we would have only 3 CMs (4 if you count Asa but then we would have no LBs) for 3 positions and this season has shown how important Marchisio is when Pirlo/Vidal where injured and when some of the starting trio needed some rest. ofcourse, we could always sign a bunch of freebies to fill our bench with, but who?. the good ones are already taken or renewed their contracts. the only ones i can think of are Pizarro as CM and A. Cole as LB but how long till they too find a new club...

all im trying to say is, if we sell Marchisio and buy those two (which wont happen anyway) we would have: a new formation with great wingers  but also no bench CMs and possibly no LBs  i dont know if this would be good....

First of all, both Cuadrado and Sanchez is still a dream, so no. There's a big chance we can't sign Sanchez. Now, for the sake of argument, lets say we sell Marchisio for 20mln.

If that happens, we'd be able to buy Sanchez for the extra 10mln we're apparently missing. It would also leave us with 10mln to buy Pereyra.

Would that improve our squad? Yes.

This way, if we don't sell him (again, for the sake of argument) we might end up getting Morata only and a couple of average players. So yeah, it could make a huge difference in our mercato.

I agree, but Marotta does not calculate in that way.. He never pays more than 20M for player.. We could and should have bought Sanchez for 25M before the WC.. Now is too late, as his price is increasing and other clubs are starting to consider him..

Marchisio will not leave. And he deserve to stay with us, for many reasons.
Oh right, :gsol: he's a born Juventino :gsol:

if we don't have the finances to offer 25M up front for a player, how is that possibly Marotta's fault?
We'll spend more than 25mln, but on several players, with lesser quality. That's IMO the worst part.

Conte vola in Brasile per visionare Balanta-Sussidiario.net

Conte flies to Brazil to see Balanta, Balanta is seen as Barzagli's replacement

Sussidiario is the worst man. They invent FIFA agents and get fake quotes. Never post their articles, you must NEVER post them again. :D

Marchisio sale talk? Isn't it a bit early in the window for that classic? Normally it's later on where we start panicking and see what we can stick on eBay to attract the elusive 'star player'.
