I havent seen him much, but what I have seen have barely been out of the ordinary, just does the necessary, mainly that he is quick is main impression, not much else stood out with him last two seasons. Candreva in comparison is fairly useful and functional box to box AM who can play on the wings too. More useful backup option then Pereyra based on what I seen from both.

not that last nights game was by any means a good measurement of a player's ability but he was probably one of the worse udinese players last night, completely invisible from the midfield
He was Udinese's best player last night; 50 passes, 90% completion, 7 recoveries, 5 duels won, 2 tackles, 1 interception.

There's no doubt that player like Pereyra would be useful for us.

I didn't watch carefully Pereyra yesterday, but I would pick Candreva over Pereyra. Candreva can cover a lot of positions, including righ/left winger, box-to-box and right wingback. Moreover, he has proven so far that he is at least decent playing there for Lazio or Italian national team. Pereyra may be talented kid and it may be sensible to try to bring him here, but I wouldn't sacrifice Candeva in order to get Pereyra.

I'd like to see Tevez as a roaming CF. I think our mids have great presence in the area to make up for the absence of a true poacher and I think our team needs more movement off the ball when attacking. A talented fast SS and Tevez as a "false" CF would improve things for us IMO.
I do not agree with this.
-Tevez is not a poacher nor a CF. Yes he is agile and combatant enought to be thrown in the fray, but he should be working aorund the box, not ducking it out with defenders in the zone and with his back to goal or without space. Leave the false 9s to the barcelonas of the world.
-Our team lacks movement in attack but thats because a lot of reasons that have nothing to do with llorente or Tevez, namely our lack of build up play and our lack on wingplay.
-Yes, our midfielders have some presence outside the box and some of them have a decent shot, namely vidal and pogba..but we tend to rely too much on them when things dont go our way with our forwards.

If we want to add another dimension to the team, we need to find players that add something else in our weakest department which is our wing play. We have Llorente who is a great targetman, we just need players who can aggresively attack spaces on the wings and go 1on1 in those zones to spread play.

We sometimes tend to be crashing against walls of defenders because our wingplay is deficient, so we end up trying to go thru the middle forcefully. This tires tevez and llorente too much, leave us exposed constantly to counterattacks and also puts huge pressure in our box to box players. IMO they already have to work just too much in creating and pressing.

Teams know that our play goes allways from the mid, and set up accordingly..giving us more trouble than needed.

If we really want to have more options...we need to complement our 352 basic formation, with 433 and 4231 alternatives. We just cannot continue playing the same way against everyone.

Juventus work with Osasuna?
There are reports Juventus are in talks with Liga club Osasuna for a development deal.

According to the news coming out of Spain, the Bianconeri are in advanced negotiations to sign a collaboration.

Juve would have first choice on Osasuna’s youth academy products, but also have the opportunity to send players to Spain on loan in order to gain experience.

Osasuna are still not certain of their Liga status for next season, so any agreement would have to be postponed until then.

Is there anyone from Osasuna currently that would be worth buying?

Although he'd be a fantastic signing, I don't think we'll be getting Sanchez. If Barca can't make any transfers in the near future they won't be keen to sell any players anytime soon.

I still can't believe we let the best central midfielders available go to Merda and Roma. Hernanes should have been our player. I guess Candreva will do though, he's blossomed into a very good player. Kinda lost track of him this year because Lazio are doing so poorly.

I would have purchased 50% of Nainggolan definitely, seemed like a no brainer to me.

People say he'd struggle for gametime. I think considering we only have 4 mids for 3 positions he'd have played plenty of games.

The only reason we let all the midfielders slide to other clubs in january was because we were sure we had Guarin locked up. He was prefered as he didn't need any, or very little monetary means to purchase in a swap with Vucinic, who we are apparently looking to sell anyways, probably due to his age and to make room for co-owns returning in the summer.

Well, we all know how this turned out.
