I have nothing against the kid personally, but I really do hope that when he does return, he will have taken something away from this, and that he'll at least limit his constant spewing of his FM shortlists and tactics on here, along with his frustrations with our board for not signing players we're not even linked with sergio. Keeping it to a bearable level and hopefully in just a couple of threads, instead of the entire forum.

That's understandable and all, but people hound him everywhere, they have this unnatural urge to correct or educate the boy. And it's because of these reactions, that Rakib is intolerable, these "discussion" last pages and pages, you think it's all him?! Of course not. It's the older members that should educate him by example. Vicarious learning is one the best ways to learn, punishing him won't teach him squat, it'll only make him feel resentment and might come back it harder.

You make it sound as though Rakib is the only member who gets shit on this forum. You can defend Rakib but he isn't the only one who is constantly taunted. You have the likes of Badass and Zac who get taunted repeatedly and constantly from the same few members.
