Which players run out of contract this summer?
And my wishlist (unrealistic) is
OUT: Giovinco 10M Quag 8M Vucinic 8M Sorensen 8M De Ceglie 3M =37M
Berardi (half of Marrone+another youngster) sign Gabbiadini give up on Immobile (I guess it will even up) (we could do the other way but I rate Gabbiadini more) find a forward to loan just as we did the last past years and buy 1 big star - Suarez 70M
Overall we spend 30M of our own money.
In terms of wages I think all the players we will sell will fund Suarez`s wages
In terms of the 30M we spend I guess shirt sales and etc will get us some millions back..
So we get rid of dead wood and players who are likely to move anyway and instead of spend it on many players we buy one superstar to make our striking force much better
as for free players we could get some to complete the team like a backup LB

1st, the players you listed would cost more. Shaqiri alone would go for 30M.
2nd, you somehow didnt read the part:
i know Cuadrado and Teixeira would be hard to get. for Teixeira im hoping he wants to go + hes a juve fan + the situation in ukraine... all those factors could lower his price. for Cuadrado it would require a real mastermind plan by Marrotta. he needs to take Udinese half before Fiorentina and then fuck the violas. it could be the hardest transfer in the last 10 years if we get him.
for the other players they would not cost much money really... heres an example how would the transfers go -> Ranocchia<>Vucinic, Lulic<>Quag, Osvaldo re-loan, Gabbiadini well we already have half of him so that makes it alot easier. as i said in my 1st post the 2 problems i my list are Cuadrado and Teixeira as the purchase of these two would depend on multiple factors which we cant predict right now
