I really don't see why Bayern would sell him for less than 30m? They don't need to... He's a very promising young player, who has shown quite a bit already. He's not making much of a fuss about leaving, and they seem to have the idea they'd like to keep him. 30m + seems the only type of offer that could get them to reconsider.

He's complained about lack of playing time a couple of times in the past half a year. He said also he could leave. It all depends on him if he says he wants to leave and pushes for it we stand a chance (if we have money). Otherwise - yeah no chance.
