That signing presumably makes Asamoah more of an option for midfield than he was last season.

I was thinking this. Hopefully Conte sees some sense in rotating Asamoah through midfield while Evra plays.

Pretty much my whole neighborhood is Calabrese. Its like an 80% Italian neighborhood and 70% of them are Calabrese. Then some Sicilians, Barese and Napolitans.

Wouldn't it make more sense getting a guy that could both play CM and as a winger? Will Pereyra fit the bill? We don't have a lot of wingers still, and with Asa possible to back up at midfield when Evra joins, another CM would have a long way to minutes if he can't play other positions...

On the other hand, we got Giovinco, Coman, Iturbe, Tevez and i guess we won't get Pepe sold... That should be enough, especially since Morata can also play on the wing and we have the option of playing 3-5-2, which i think we will still do quite often, especially in the start of the season and against smaller Serie A sides. But do we really need another CB then? I would love Nastasic, and he would be one of the guys who could take over when Barzagli is done.. I would love Garay, can't believe he is going to Russia, and for such a low amount. Would think he had a lot of options since United, Chelsea and Barcelona should all be looking for a new defender..
