What we should be looking for is more in a type of Marcelo (bar his own goal yesterday). I think Blind might have what it takes, but not yet. Maybe in two years, we are not the team to provide growth on the bench.
I really like him as a player but he still has his flaws, although a Dutchman in Juve is always a nice present to me (but after Elia...)
