Even if it was 10m. Who would be better for that price? You won't even get Cerci for that.

Also mediaset confirmed we got Nani for 5M (Tuttosport gave the news first), with a 3 yr contract of 3.5M/season. GDM on the other hand says it's close but not a done deal.

Several reports also saying we are very close to Sanchez.

Di Marzio also said Marotta + Paratici met Kolarov's agent.

And this would be a very good mercato. Adding to that Immobile would make it perfect for me

If we are buying wingers, then we're playing a 4 man line. If we're playing a 4 man line, why would we buy another CB. If anything, we should be selling one. And that one is Bonucci since we could probably get 10-15M for him. Then we'd have 3 CBs + Caceres. But we could sign a 4th CB as a free agent, someone like Diaz from Lazio or some $#@!.

Caceres would be RB replacement in back 4 while Isla and most probably Padoin would be sold.

I would have 0 complaints either way regarding Sanchez or Cuadrado arriving. But Sanchez imo makes more sense for a few reasons

1. He is 100% owned by Barcelona, now ridiculous co-ownership scenarios to deal with
2. He is not currently playing for a team that hates us.
3. He has experience playing in the CL
4. He is already playing at an elite level club, and playing well. No need to worry about him making the 'step up' because there is no step up



5. Hardly significant, but we have his NT buddies here, and he knows them on a footballing level. He would probably fit in right away.

Cuadrado does look very complicated . Something similar happened when we were about to sign gio from parma , inter started intervening but eventually i think both clubs have to agree on the sale of the player , not sure but i dont think you can just keep selling half his rights without the clubs consent . This is what i get from these co-owned deals .

Yeah I agree but I took that into consideration. We also shouldn't spend any cash on defense because it's not that bad. The only spot to fill would be LB but it's not top priority neither.

I'd say, keep Bonucci as our go-to bench CB. And make do with what we have for another season. We'll build our attack now then go all out on somebody like Hummels next season if we absolutely must.
