i don't ever recall Torres handing in a transfer request, as it goes Torres is above Ba and Lukaku in the pecking order whilst Schurrle primarily plays on the right. As i said Abramovic wouldn't allow the sale of his favourite player and certainly not for as cheap as you think he is.

of course but they will most likely be the sort of players that are in their last year of their contracts

If we waste 18 mill on Radja rather than save for a top signing that would seriously improve the team I'll be pissed. Suarez, Rooney, Di Maria, Dzeko, Chicarito might all be on the market next summer if not by winter.
