We all know you're Matri's fan :D I'd prefer to keep Quag out of the two but if good offers arrive I'd sell both. We've got some money from Giacch, Melo and Isla's sales. Selling those 5 should give us an option to buy someone better to compete with Llorente. It's all theory of course cause I don't think we'll sell both Quag and Matri. It would be too much luck in one window.

One has to go that's for sure.

I am indeed a Matri-fan, but people here talk about selling both and bring in a "CF", which is a classical striker-type. Well, out of Matri and Quag, it's Matri who is the pure CF. So if that's what people wants, my point is just that we have him already! So just sell Quag and be done with it :D

We won't go out and spend somewhere between 12 - 20 million on a CF if we sell them both, I cannot see that happening.

And like @Dadi-SK just asked: who would it be? Not many great market opportunities right now in this area.

We should sell Quag and Matri and give Boakye the chance. He could be a good sub for Llorente. Then get Zuniga/Kolarov and Diamanti and end the mercato. The latter could also be used as cover for Pirlo if needed.

...or maybe Beppe is planning a surprise for the attack!? :)

Boakye is absolutely not ready for playing at Juventus, even as a sub. There is no need of selling both Matri and Quag if we couldn't add a significant improvement. For now, we should collect the money of sales and save it for next year. Jovetic could be a exception but he seems to be off to City. The only position for where we could still buy a player is the LWB, and it seems that's going to be Zuniga.

It's better for youngster to play and develop somewhere else. We'll reap the benefits later.

But didn't Conte want to evaluate Boakye before sending him back on loan?

Of course it would probably be better to send him back on loan for further development, but why couldn't he explode if given the chance - just like Pogba did? He has the potential to be a really good player...
