Umm? Wayne Rooney?

The same guy who is 27 years old in an age where players can easily play till 36, has scored about 200 goals for Manchester United and accepted to play in midfield when asked for a good part of the season?

He does have a high salary for certain but he might be willing to accept a bit lower wages to get out of Manchester after he handed in his second transfer request. I think he knows not many teams would pay him that much.. I think we could get him if we offered 2/3 what he makes now. But honestly if Manchester United and Sir Alex think he was worth offering that much money to he is probably worth it. Also he is a massively marketable player so I am sure we can recoup some of that. I think if Sir Alex, Wenger and Mourinho rate him he is prob worthy.
Man United fans dont even want him, they have all said he is passed his peak and i agree with them. He is over rated now not worth any big money. He had a poor season this season he is over weight and has been replaced by Danny Welbeck who is shit. He peaked at Euro 2004 championship. he hasn't been even close to that form in recent years. If he was on good form for the last 2-3 seasons i wouldn't mind but he hasn't been that good so no thank you.

Vidal would only go for crazy money or unless he forced a way out. Once he is happy and doesn't want to leave we are fine. Even if he left i wouldn't mind once a player wants to leave it's best to let them go. We would get good money for him anyway. I would be more worried if Conte left honestly.

why would we sell Marchisio or Chiellini? for the money? we have plenty of dead wood lying around
sell Matri, Quag, Padoin or De Ceglie
would lower our wage stucture and give us 10+ million to purchase one or two players we really need
how can you strengthen your team if you replace one good player and swap him for another one
