I'm not an expert, but the times I've watched Dortmund he's been excellent. Great player.

Somebody earlier mentioned how we should get Piszczek. Just to say it's not possible, or we should not do it. He's a good player buuuut... he has a hip problem and he has been playing under pain (and injections) for like 3 months due to his important role at Dortmund. And now when season is done he's off to surgery which will take him off field for 5-6 months. So all in all I wouldn't take that gamble.
