Am I the only one who has this feeling that Llorente may not exactly turn out to be what we hope for him to be and that we'll be doing the same thing again in the summer of 2014?
which is why we should get david villa. this way we have a guranteed 25+ goalscorer here.

so Zlatan played well for barca?
zalatan also had a proven track record of winning titles at ajax, juve, and inter. he was a champion of the highest quality. making a bid for him made sense. sanchez had a half season where he was great. that's it.

loan with option to buy would be in our best interest.

It's not really about worth. It's about importance. Suarez is worth 60M. Juvetic 30M. Or whatever price their clubs name because they're important.

Sanchez, not so much. I don't know what his worth to Barcelona is. It's a lot less than what Suarez and Jovetic are worth to Liverpool and Fiorentina.
He doesnt mean much financially to barcelona, but they'll be willing to cut their losses

they can totally say , he'll cost 25 mil. It wont hurt them if he stays.

Fiorentina cannot afford to have jovetic market value drop. if he wants out, they'll sell. cause 1 year layer he's price is 10 mil lower.

Suarez is in between. impossible if he doesnt want to leave himself. if he does, its between sanchez and jovetic situation.

Pool can afford his privedrop, but he's important so she'll want to cash in to sign a replacement. he wont cost over 35 mil

if we fund it with the sale of giovinco, so the net send isnt over 8 mil, i'm totally fine with a blacker, stronger, faster edition of giovinco.

I would also prefer them to Sanchez, but it's silly to say he won't improve our attacking line.
Not neccessarily if you look at his stats in past years his highest goal scoring season is 12 goals and i know i know he isnt going to be brought in the team for the goals. But I dont think Sanchez will fit Contes style of play. Sanchez is a speedy player and like all speedy players they usually are very good on the counter. Juve dont play on the counter attack. If you say the Barca game yesterday and I know its only like 10 mins and you cant base a player on 10 mins but Sanchez really couldnt do anyhting. If Sanchez were to come to Juve I feel like Juve would have to change everything just to suit Sanchez. We would proabbly have to switch to a 4-3-3 and also change the tactics which is very dumb just to suit one player.

Jovetic on the other hand plays in a very similar tactical team and is like Vucinic but he seems a little more consistent and he will obviously be very good in the future.

Suarez all i have to say is amazing, if he came to Juve, Juve would easily be able to compete with Barca and Bayern.

IF for real all 3 of these players are our targets the only really good thing about them is they are like all 25 so this investment would be one for the future also. But if Marotta and Agnelli and Conte really plan on improving the attacking line they need either Jovetic or Suarez. I feel like Sanchez will maintain his poor form and will end up like Gio.

Why would they keep a player that doesn't help them?
Because they are Barca, and they don't need to sell unless they get the price they want. Why would Barca, a club with a great economy, sell for a price they are not happy with?

Real Madrid would make him worth 100M following your logic, considering they basically have unlimited funds.:D
Lol, that's your logic, not mine. :D

Basically this. Except that your price on Suarez is too low.

1) Because money doesn't matter to them. Barcelona doesn't let expensive players rot on the bench.

2) It's your logic!

I mostly agree, but he would still improve our forward line and saying otherwise is foolish.

He would offer a lot more than Giovinco and Vucinic.
