Would he be an upgrade though?
Not by much, I'd say. There aren't a lot of good natural LWBs available though. Two of them are in Madrid, over priced and will likely have severe issues when asked to actually defend.

Zuniga is retarded but it seems Conte has a mega crush on him if we're to believe what we read.

Kolarov would be an upgrade because Asa either sends in a low cross or cuts back and then the play flows through the middle. With Kolarov he would be able to cross and he is a free kick specialist, which should mean he has a good cross. When ive seen him play at city the only problem of his is that he leaves space for a counter however we saw the same with Peluso, and Conte fixed that.

True. I wonder how Pepe would do. Would prefer to play Pepe than Zuniga.
Pepe would do better then zuniga

All fine with Kolarov's crossing but crossing isn't the only thing that matters. He's slow and ungainly compared to Asamoah. Adding and subtracting basically ends up with it being a tiny upgrade if an upgrade at all. He's a good player - just think we can do better.

Hell, Ashton's crossing is miles better than Asamoah's but that doesn't mean we should play him.

Ideally he's an attacking playmaker, but he's been used as false 9 because Swansea didn't have any good strikers. Now they have bought Bony, and Michu will certainly be pushed back on the pitch. Michu is without a doubt better further down on the pitch when he is able to come from behind and take rushes into the box. I don't see him working in our formation tbh.
