I agree Suns, however we do need another forward as Vucinic and Giovinco don't offer the security of good form.

Marotta really has a difficult Summer. We've got such a strong squad that hardly needs reinforcing but he's got to make sensibie moves to secure our future.

It'll also depend heavily on who we can sell and what money we'll use for the market.
Yeah, with Llorente coming on for free there's no real pressure of signing a CF either.

As for the SS position next to Llorente, I think Vucinic and Gio are enough.

I think signing players like Verratti and Icardi is key this summer, they'll be starters in the future and there wouldn't be much pressure on them right now, they could easily grow in the squad.

No one could afford that kind of money in Italy on someone that young & inexperienced.

Ancelotti, an Italian manager with deep pockets came. Of course it was easy to convince the kid.

Why are people still bitching about him signing for PSG?

The excuses are numerous here...

As a kid he made one transfer in his career to make a step up in quality and suddenly he is a mercenary.:lol:

People are just butthurt because he didn't come crawling to Juventus.

It's normal for Italian clubs not to invest on such an asking price for such an inexperienced player with such economical situations. I don't blame us for not getting him. Just one of those things. If you don't buy a ticket.....you won't win the raffle as they say.

@Hustini

I'm glad he moved to PSG. He'll learn quicker than being loaned out to Siena and cagliari's. just hope if we do make an offer that we don't pay through the nose for him.

Then again you can't put a price on quality.

This. He'll be a Juve player sooner or later, it's obvious that he wants it.

He is surrounded by a lot of top players (and management). Something the only way he would get a club at Siena is by playing against.

He has some national team caps already. (scored)

I mean...what are people bitching about? :sergio:

In the interview once he'd moved he basically admitted that there was only one serious offer for his agent and the club to consider.
Bitching about him going to PSG is next level retardation.

fucking next level.

He was a Pescara player, his loyalty was with Pescara and their wishes was to transfer him to PSG. That's loyalty. Not a mercenary.

He didn't owe Juventus anything.
