I will back you on selling Licht if we're adamant on the 3-5-2 but 10M is too low for me. It has to be somewhere between 16-20M for me to consider and it has to be so that we can sign a top striker.

I think he is unsellable with a 4 man backline but his value decreases if used as a RWB so might as well sell and trust Isla/Pepe.

Bonera yes. Diamanti would also be a disappointment, not because he sucks but because we need vast improvement in attack and he won't provide it. But what's wrong with Zuniga, Turk? He's surely better than Peluso, Padoin and De Ceglie and he was an important element in Napoli's successful seasons lately.
