Not at all. In fact the only downside to his purchase is perhaps his age. That guy is a grinta player. He'd be like a Licht in attack. Its a shrewd signing if we can get him for 5-6m without affecting our top player budget.

No he's not considered a top player because he's not a top player. Though I get what you're trying to say, we deem him to have no value coz we got him for free, and that is where we are wrong because he will contribute his bit if he's injury free.

Suarez and Ibra. We would reach European heights with those two. But I wouldn't mind Benzema, Jovetic or Ljajic. They are probably more realistic targets than the first two I mentioned.

But we're not looking for a long term investment here, we're looking for an attacking mid who can make an immediate impact and who has tons of Serie A experience. He's going to shuffle around the midfield, we're basically looking at a drastic improvement over Giaccherini.

Diamanti has pretty much reached his peak while grenier is still growing and imo we shud focus on these type of signins if we dont hav money to buy the big players.enuf of squad fillers
