If we stick to the 3-5-2 then yes Sanchez but Nani is superior on the wing.

Jovetic is the most ideal player for us in the 3-5-2 shame it won't happen.

Why dont we get kevin gameiro as a cheap back up to replace either Quag or Matri. Also even though our priority is an ss shouldnt we be looking for another striker perferably someone on a higher level than Llorente

we need more than just a single wc striker to compete in europe, as well as change in play style, this italianish, double regista centered 3-5-2 wont work other than relying on cattenaccio, jesus... we did cattenaccio against celtic lol.

sell vidal / marchisio if necessary but we really need more than 1 wc attacking talent; suarez + sanchez/goetze would be my dream at this moment, heck, more than a dream, it's a must do IMO

can any of you guys think of 2 realistic quality attacking talents we could get this summer?

wtf??? if anything we played nothing like a typical Italian side, what capello did in europe was far more cattenaccio than anything Conte has ever deployed and what do you mean double regista? who's the other one asides from Pirlo?

and sell vidal to fund your unrealistic dream? fuck sake :sergio: and how do you suppose we resolve the void Vidal would leave behind? sell Chiellini?

We shouldnt sell any of best players also we will never get both suarez and sanchez as long as marotta is in charge. What i can see happening is sanchez and llorente and thats it. Honestly i would love conte to switch to a different formation such as a 4-3-3 and buy two wingers such as nani and sanchez even though he isnt a winger

the way we played against celtic was equal with capello's juve was in europe, I didn't see the games against bayern but consider this : fucking arsenal with much weaker 'defense & team organization' nearly knocked them out at their home and scored total 3 goals against them; while we made look like celtic against bayern... dunno about you but for me that's totally unacceptable for many reasons.

double regista, hi there hello bonucci?

a void vidal place? asamoah says hello? still don't get this? I've voiced this exact thought before, we could always buy CMs, they are a plenty

people must realize that this season our 3-5-2 often, too oftenly, failed against decent teams even in serie a due to it's tactical setup and kind of players we have

we often could surround opposition defenses but lacked more than just ideas on the final third, we lack good technical move from players than could penetrate, lack good touch plays that needed to open spaces...

pirlo's long balls only sporadically worked and even then it too often failed because the receivers are too limited technically to bring the ball further forward, I'd prefer pogba deployed as amc for that.

marchisio went to his younger days casper mode this season while vidal is way too muscle oriented while going forward, he lack attacking techniques fir building attacks or penetrating

this mvp has dwindled down faster that I thought before

something like pogba vidal supporting isco as an amc certainly much better than our mvp at this point, slightly worse defense but much better at attack, midfield wise.

and the wing backs.... omg lol, they offered little to nothing in attack, not to mention that they can't work in europe against teams that use multiple wide players

and then our beloved forwards lol, anyone think that llorente alone is actually an improvement we should get excited about is stupid.

The thing i dont understand was going into the 2012/2013 season, why didnt Marotta buy a lwb? Was it because Conte was still trying other formations or did we simply dont go for one? Prior to Asamoah being converted to a lwb he was initially bought for backup so was Contes goal to try to go with a different formation? Either way if Conte hasnt realized by now that the 3-5-2 isnt working anymore then i dont know what will

Not a lot of value in the left back market last summer. So he figured there was the least risk in not fortifying that position.

I'm just guessing.
