If there is one second striker who will be a hit at our team -> Luis Suarez..

But he'll be expensive, but in my opinion we shoud do it.. Almost every summer Juve give more than 50 millions to average players or 7-8 players (good for back up).. But now our team needs two players for the starting eleven (SS & LWB).. So if Liverpool wants 40 million, I'll go for it.

We dont have this kind of money for a player. Not unless we cash in on a few players. Still 20m € going to Udinese for Asamoah and Isla + the probability of signing Peluso

Isn't Asamoah-Isla over several years (3 years)? I thought is was something like that.. And the other half of Pasquato can be sold to Udinese if they want him.. 2010/11 60 mil, 2011/12 80 mil and 2012/13 55 mil.. Maybe it's a risk to pay that much but I would do it, worldclass player..

One possibility might be that he pulled that one out of his arse; however, I assume Badass has a secret informer from Germany because he would never do that.

Badass, is it the case?

Your problem is you assume people rate Llorente as a semi sure thing top striker like you do, what I'm saying is if the opportunity to sign Cavani presents itself, having Llorente in the squad is no where near good enough reason to pass up on him. The difference between them is significant enough to forego practical reasoning like going for SS over another prima punta, when we would be upgrading our prima punta needs SIGNIFICANTLY with a Cavani (who as I said, yeah I only rate Falcao over in terms of same role/type of player).
Well, what is "an opportunity" ?

If that means, signing cavani for the budged we have this summer, wel certainly, then we should totally go for cavani instead of sanchez and jovetic.

Not mentionning suarez who is much more expensive

I tought u meant "imagine if we can sign cavani" wich would mean the same as "imagine we got 65 million and like 8mil for wages" cause in that case i would spend the money on aguero, who is a better SS then cavani is a striker

I dont think he is possible whatsoever, lets get that clear, but in the hypothetical scenario that he is, which it was what I was working with based on your post about him (dont know how it started, but you were replying to some hopeless dreamer), then yeah I would sign him and completely ignore Llorente since the quality difference is so significant. And yeah I would also say the same for Aguero or Suarez ofcourse in the same scenario (but that post wasnt about them), my contention with your post was the relevance you put into Llorente (while I judge him irrelevant in this scenario), which I would gotten and found more logical if it was a "lesser" striker we were going for (likes of Lewandoski etc). But yeah, since we were talking about Cavani, dude is almost as perfect of a striker as one can hope for (even more so in a Conte run team).

Cause i'm wrong about finances and we will sign suarez or sanchez and jovetic in the summer, and we are having massive profit this financial year.

it makes me translate stuff from dutch to english wrong, and i tend to forget i'm getting points for grammar when writing on a forum :)

yeah, my bad i read it wrong. But you shouldnt have these hopes man, Napoli will never sell him for half of a realistic price sadly.

i hope they still fail CL qualification

Did you read the first setencen of my post? I dont think we will sign him AT ALL, and not wasting any energy on it (that hopeless dreamer you replied to turned out to be Hustini :p). But yeah he is pretty much as good as any fan can hope for to get in a top striker. I'm now more concerned with us signing the next Cavani before he becomes an impossible target to sign.
