I heard something today about Ashley Cole while watching the Juve game today on ESPN, but I'm not sure if it was a rumor about us or some other team. I woke up just to see the game so my brain wasn't working correctly :D

His contract ends in 30-06-2013, so, who knows.

That's what I'm thinking. I've been searching some rumors but the only ones I found about Ashley Cole are with PSG and Real Madrid.
Anyway we couldn't pay his salary.
The narrator also said something about Kolarov but must have been part of my dream.

If someone is still dreaming about Balotelli there's some hope

The controversial 22-year-old's future has been plunged into fresh doubt after Red Devils captain Evra hinted he would seek a return to his homeland after becoming wistful in England.

“Mario really misses Italy," Evra told Italian TV.

“I don’t know if he will stay in Manchester, because he wants to return to his country. I am not his agent - I am only telling you how he feels.

“He is my rival in Manchester - I meet him a lot, I know him well. Off the pitch, we joke around and I take the micky out of him.”

City defensive coach Angelo Gregucci also refused to offer assurances on Balotelli's City future saying he is "definitely sellable" but claims that the Azzurri star is ready to fight for his place at the club.

“Mancini has chosen to give him a signal, and it is his right to make choices,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“Perhaps during the last week something was missing, but Mario is ready to take back the Manchester City shirt.

“Will he stay? It’s not up to me to say. I just know that he is definitely sellable. He has 22 years of talent and quality.

“He is a resource of our football club. He will give his contribution to the national team and to City.”
About Llorente

Athletic Bilbao have said that Fernando Llorente will not be allowed to leave the club during the January transfer window in an attempt to end speculation about his future.
The Basque Country outfit's president José Urrutia announced that the striker would stay as Tottenham Hotspur, Juventus and several clubs are linked with his services in January.
"Llorente will not be going anywhere in the winter transfer market and we will not be signing anyone," he said.
"We took a decision at the start of the season on economic, sporting and philosophical grounds. Athletic are stronger and more competitive with Fernando in the ranks."
Llorente has lost favour with Bilbao supporters after reports in the summer that he would prefer to leave, but Urrutia thinks that the player does not think like that.
"I do not know if things have changed, but I can only go on what Fernando has said too," he continued.
"I have read and heard things and I do not know if they are true. He is an important player for us and the club is to him.
"Over the next few months I do not know if he will see Athletic as his first option but at the moment there is no news.
"We can only hope that he feels we match his sporting ambitions and that he will stay here."

Def waaaaay beyond Marotta's competence, he cant even get as Klose let alone a hot EPL star.
We must focus on everything but the EPL and underrated targets, someone Marotta can sign...
It is imperative to do so, as expected, we are suffering on the derbies and CL, because we cant compete on the highest level due to this obvious weakness at finishing!

We should let Matri go ASAP. 7-10m is great. We would loose just about 10m on him.
Giovinco is next (how funny was his claim for # 10 give his performances, compare Giovinco vs Baggio, Platini or ADP) - bench or sale. Can Marotta get those 15m he said Giovinco is worth?
Bendtner - thanks, but no thanks.
Quag can stay, unless an offer of 6-7m+ arrives.

Juventus are convinced they can tempt Liverpool to sell Luis Suarez, 25, with a big offer for the Uruguayan. This is despite Reds boss Brendan Rodgers insisting that the striker is not for sale. Daily Mail

Meanwhile, Juventus are also not ruling out making a loan move for former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba, 34, currently with Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua. SkySports

We can't just sell our entire group of strikers.

Fuck Rossi. He's the last thing we need. A guy who blew out his knee, not once, but twice :howler:

Suarez would be awesome, and if we can somehow make an amazing offer, I think he'd be tempted to leave Liverpool (once they fail to qualify for the CL yet again) and ply his trade in Italy (champions, guaranteed 1'st team football, and CL for the next 3-5 seasons).

Dreaming about Suarez when we have Marotta as the DS :howler:

Lets be honest,Llorente is the best we can get at this point and even over the next summer.

:disagree: Indeed. Let's continue signing guys like the STD infested douchebag Borriello, or the highly effective Jewelry Salesman Bendtner :howler:

Suarez might be an annoying fuck, and a racist prick (which I highly doubt), but he's an amazing player.

After the striker issue, we urgently need a Pirlo replacement and then. Proper SS, because Seba isn't cutting it and Mirko (I love him, mind you) is inconsistent and in case he gets injured as the case is nowadays.
