Del piero is my favourite player ever, i grew up crying for him. And Messi is better and lol at the comparaison with Totti, it's laughable.

Del piero pre injury was the best in the world, but that only last for a short time, he was still a great player after that but he was never the same.

Messi is the best player in the world for 4 years now and he's only 24. He's a WC win away from being in the conversation for the best ever.
Scoring hat tricks agaisnt teams that get beaten 3,4,5 nil easily by good teams reguarly doesn't mean you are the best player ever.

No point in having Gio, Jovetić and Vučinić compete for one place. One would have to go, and Vuči is the oldest one.

Funny. I think Messi is better than all three of those players.
I agree, and claiming Del Piero was better than Messi is simply fan bias.

I think that its a no brainer that Messi is a better player than Alex was. The man's dribbling, finishing, pace and movement are just unrivaled.

I think Messi lives in a world where he is allowed to play his game more than would be the case say 20 years ago.

I'm fairly certain that this Guy

Given the resources available to Messi, would be a better player, and likewise Messi playing under Best conditions would not have done as well. It's inherently pointless to compare because each decade or so is essentially a different sport, a new football.

Same. Would make winning against Roma that much more fun.

Also the best one. But we're not getting Jovetic anyways.

Best and Cantona, most overrated players of all time.
They played for United, what do you expect?
