Berbatov is the best option we have honestly. He even fits Marotta's profile as a top player on the pitch rather than economically. And we'd be fucking with Fiorentina after their refusal to sell Jovetic at any price (which is legitimate, but still very annoying for a fanboy of the guy). Being a short term solution would be the only minus of this deal, but at this point... who cares?
