Reality is we need 2 forwards anyway. Last year we had 5 and this year we only have 4 and playing champions league while Elia and Krasic were more forwards than wing backs. If we do splurge for a big name signing, there is still a big chance one of Quags or Matri will leave.

It seems that Berbatov is about to sign for Fiorentina for like EU5m. I wonder whether this means, the could re-look at off-loading Jovetic......I heard that Marotta bid EU30m and it got rejected. I don't see why the Viola wouldn't accept 25m plus Quags. Viola would have Quags and Berbatov which wouldn't be bad for them and I can somehow see that Quags might play better for them.

we all know it's not gonna happen pointless even saying rooney in the same sentence as Juventus. If he ever left Utd he would go to one of the oil clubs,barca,chelsea or madrid.
