It was anyway, but we had the opportunity to become even stronger.
Yes we needed some depth in CM department, we should get rid of Padoin, Piazenza and get a proper one.
With 3 CMs and 3 CBs, we really need a 4th n the same level.
instead of balancng ths though, we bought 2 20m mil CMs and only got a free CB.
This cancel the acquisition on Pogba, the boy left to find more playng chances, we already have 3 great starters and some talents includng Maronne, to compete, addng 2 more 20 mil acquisition is an excess!

One and free Pogba should be enough.
But where is the starter LB in this level??? We have 3 high class CMs and spend 40mil to 2 more CMs!?!

This is absurd and this is not the first time it happens, its the 7th consecutive season FFS, when will this madness ends??
MAURICIO ISLA IS NOT A CENTRAL MIDFIELDER, HE IS A RIGHT WING / RIGHT BACK. JESUS FUCKING CHRIST.

Pogba was enough IMO, Veratti would make sense as well, regarding the future prospect.
And i stll insist that bringing back Melo to rot on the bench, will teach him, GS and many more, a lesson and also save us an extra 20mil acquisition.
I rate Asamoah, so him and Pogba would be ok, but Isla too was an excess!! Esp at the expense of starters...

And why do we need 5 WC CMs for three spots and only 2 top class CBs and Bonucci for the three CB spots??
Bonucci is not in the same class as Vidal, Marchisio and Pirlo and if anything, the investment on the depth should rather focus there.
But we only got a free one, again.

Check how many times in the past we have used most of our budget on CM subs and how many times we have invested great sums for decent CBs??
There is a pattern here, that goes beyond opportunity targets and coincidence. Stop making excuses, its the 7th consecutive season its happening!

Giovinco would be the same, if Parma did not have the option to buy his half for so low and the right to sell it back for so high...

Melo could save us the 20mil acquisition, even now and should at least net us a 2 digit number to cut loses in a respectful degree, before his contract expires, the complete loss of the 25mil capital is entirely upon Marotta's shoulders though, with his choice to loan him there and then!

We will just wait and see for that...
I can't believe how many times you are wrong in this post.

Isla isn't a CM. He's a RWB which is the best option one could get on that right side in a 3-5-2 formation.

So if we had paid for getting Lucio, that would have made him a better signing?

You wanted us to waste €3M (excluding taxes) so that we'll teach Melo and Galatasaray a lesson, instead of using those wages on someone more useful? You can't be that stubborn.

Why are you comparing Bonucci with Marchisio, Vidal and Pirlo?

It was not Marotta's fault Secco paid his release clause, and as it has been said several times, no one in their right mind would pay double digits for him.

Ah, so your hypocrite self believes such rumors. Aren't you a doctor? Aren't doctors supposed to be intelligent people? Are you a fraud? I see it now.
I assure you it isn't the case. Amongst physicians there's a cross section of the entire society when it comes to intelligence. The only common thing between them is that they study for a long time and while intelligence may be very helpful in this process, isn't actually necessary.

I'm not saying Cronios is not intelligent, on the contratry, he's excellent at what he's doing. When I left the forum few years ago, he was trolling hard and everyone got into a futile conversation with him. I came back and still see the same thing. People are still discussing with a user who argued for the whole last season that we play with a 4-4-2 formation, that Matri is a support striker, which means he's not even watching the matches, yet presents himself as the biggest fan. He claims that coaches like Ferrara or Conte only agree to accept the Juventus job because they are selfish and care for money and not for the club, that Ranieri was just a pawn manipulated by mastermind Secco, claims that Agnelli is unable to run the club that just won a scudetto after an unbeaten season. And everything that combined with the loudly manifested confidence he's always right and everyone else is wrong. And yet people still feed the troll, throughout the years.
