Don't overrated Volleys, almost every professional player in his carrier could do that with a lot of luck and some good timing, if Pazzo did some things that could come close to that more often i'd say he is top class, by doing it once it just shows he was lucky IMO.
While that was an amazing goal, it shows nothing about his quality.

Why on earth are we comparing pazzini, to the jovetic/rvp ?

Jovetic or rvp, would be the big class player, complete and scoring

pazzini, is the much better replacement of quag and matri.

Our midfield and defence are very strong, creative aswel, and two strikers starting in the 3-5-2 or 4-3-3(third is likely isla for balance) will be vucinic+jovetic/rvp

We have a creative replacement in giovinco

as the striker replacement, we got quag and matri, all they gotto do is be clinical and score, thats why they'll get playtime, in all other aspects, vucinic, gio, and jovetic/rvp will be superior
this is where we compare quag and matri to pazzini, and pazzini is far better in this niche

even more, if there wasent a jovetic/rvp comming, in a 3-5-2 the more clinical pazzini would be far better striker then quag or matri, same goes in a 4-3-3 sided by vucinic+isla

pazzini will do nothing about jovetic or rvp transfer, he'll just be a much better backup then matri quag, and if everything fails, a better striker then those two

Meh.

Like him because he scores the goals that a poacher should.

Not fussed about the fancier stuff.
The reason I would take Pazzo over Matri is solely because the former can score with his head. What kind of CF has such little presence in the air? In a 3-5-2 Pazzini + Jovetic could be very very effective.

I'm not even sure Matri can jump.
I remember at least 10 corners last season that Pirlo hit up Chiellini perfectly, only for him to be off target. Pazz would help, mostly against smaller teams and off the bench against the big guns.

Bradley's a really good player. Solid. I'd want him at Juve but he needs to play consistently.
We don't need more players in midfield Bro. He's a good player, but definitely not for us ;)
