Matri vs Jovetic is a no brainer lol. But tbh, any Juventus' player bar the three captains, Pirlo and Vidal for Jovetic is a no brainer.

what about Matri vs Destro for next season?

I agree with that even if I'm not Destro's biggiest fan, he is bit more technical and dynamic as an attacker in a way that fits our playing style more then Matri. Matri would defenitely excell more in a team that counter attacks then one that is so heavily focused on possession and link up.

It's not dumb when you consider this might be our last chance to cash in on him, Milan just lost Ibra and if they spend 12-13 Million on a guy like Matri, there's no way they are buying someone superior like Dzeko/Tevez.

Matri isn't like Pirlo, someone who can go to a rival club and make an impact.
Once again in agreement !

I haven't watched any anime in more than a decade. When I was a young kid I watched Pokemon and Dragonball Z but that's the farthest I went.

I grew out of them, but my friend said they're not as baby'ish as everyone says. He told me to try watching Naruto and/or One Piece and see how I like them. :D

He's capable of scoring 20 a season. He does it in a rough way but he does it. And would probably suit Milan's style. Eff that noise.

Gabbiadni will amount to nothing :p

There are tons of good shows. Have you watched any Anime before? Classics like Captain Tsubasa, Slam Dunk, and Dragonball are amazing.

Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, Fairy Tail, Black Butler, Dear Boys, Get Backers, Sergeant Keroro, Inuyasha.... There are tons. It just depends on what you are looking for; Drama, Comedy, Action, Sports Based, etc...
If i may add some really good ones :D
Death Note , Cowboy Bepop , Full Metal Alchemist , Clannad , Code Geass

But lets revive the anime thread instead of your suggestions dissapearing in this gigantic thread :p

I did, but also I seen rest of the time he slowed down or screwed up alot of plays or gave away possession due to his limited technique to do the hold up/link up job that is required from a prima punta in this system. He excells in finding space and mainly suited in counter attacking set up, but what Conte asks for in that role is simply a task he is not suited for.

This one started out (strategic warfare/political plot) so well but turned out to be so emo.

I totally agree with this also reason why he performed better last year with the del neri style

Yep, I was really more impressed with Matri under Del Neri until Conte's sexy approach exposed his limitations clearly. Not that it was suprising, he was all about counterattacking in his goals with Cagliari.

P.S Code Geass was worth watching still yeah, and btw havent seen any of the others you mentionned.

 Really. Matri has never scored 20 goals a season for any team he has played for, not even come close. His best return was 14 goals for Lumezzane, and 13 goals in one season for Cagliari in Serie A ;)

Edit: someone edited his page on Wikipedia, stating he is currently a Fiorentina player :D

Hokuto no Ken is great on of the best fight animes, the protagonist is one of the most baddas characters ever , Lupin is one of the funniest Anime , TigerMan is really really old , you might not want to watch it because of it's old animation , but that old animation gives it a kind of unique dynamic .

Btw if someone is interested can Check "Liar Game" It is not an anime yet , it is manga , but if you liked death note you gotta love this manga , the reasoning in some games is simply fantastic

Closest he got to 20 goals was the season we signed him, he scored 10 goals for Cagliari in first half and 9 for us in second half of the season. Thats one season in his whole career so far. I like him, medium level player that does whats expected of him really but nothing more, there is nothing threatening about him going to Milan really.

Well, Cavani would be awesome then. It's not like he's excelling with Napoli, the most counterattacking team in the world and gets benched by Forlan for Uruguay.

Just to be clear, I'm not saying Matri is better than Cavani but we do need a player to bang in goals in a hurry like Matri did against Milan. I'm perfectly content with him as a sub, low wages and prolific. Every team needs a player like that, especially a top team. I can't think of a better possible sub than Matri. Quag is too inconsistent and his style just doesn't fit.
