Giroud did say that nothing is done and that it won't be until his Euro campaign is finished, so that leaves us some time if we're being optimistic; I hope he will catch our attention if he's given more playing time and moments to prove his worth.

We don't know if we don't have enough. Just because we haven't closed someone before market has really gotten going, doesn't me we won't. But we also don't HAVE to fork out stupid money either. €40M for RVP would be stupid but so would like €15M for that Croatian nerd.
It does seem like we will settle with a less prestigious name at the moment considering Marotta's words, but I know it maybe won't necessarily be the case. I agree that we need to be reasonable on the market.

Yes to Huntelaar and Lewandowski. Played in position he could do extremely well he can be very deadly in the air and we've lacked that since Trezeguet. Lewandowski is good and could still improve seeing as he's only 23. Has quite good touch especially flicking the ball onto running team mates and he shoots around his body really well.

I'm definitely ok with not having the big names ,but i only hope our board is a little bit more smarter in the Transfer Market..

Giroud was a great oppurtunity we could've taken advantage of since he had a very low buyout clause. But we've let this slip out of our hands. This would've been a smart purchase had we been really after him..

Now we have to wait and see what "plans" our board have when it comes to reinforcing our attack. At the moment i'm just knee-jerking and there's still a long way to go..We'll see.

When Juventus bought Zlatan he was nothing more then a promising prospect. Just like Lewandowski is now. When Ibrahimovic established himself a one of the bet attackers he cost Barca like 70mln.

With an hour to go until deadline, Marotta & Paratici are with Cagliari trying to avoid blind auction for Albin Ekdal #JuveNews
Maybe we will use the money from this for the transfer of Veratti. So now the president of Pescara presures us with the Napoli talks so we make it quick.

Could be huh? :D

I know what youre saying of course he will improve but lewa is still not near ibras level at the same age he just isnt anywhere near ibras level in terms of finishing and dribbling

Actually when we bought Ibrahimovic he wasn't much of a great scorer. He got 13 goals in Ajax twice. Lewandowski already scored more then 20 in a much better German league. Of course his dribbling is nowhere near Zlatan, but they are a different kind of players. Zlatan cost us 16 mln and paying that sum for Lewandowski would also be well justified.

for me in terms of skill this is the greatest goal of all time lewandowski is a good player who wastes too many chances in my opinion but he can never do this kind of stuff hence why i think hes over priced and an example of over priced players these days
