We need a RWF, CF, and Destro is the ace in the pack.
I think we need to revamp our attack, because frankly the quality of players (with the exception of Vucinic) that we have in our front line are mid table quality. Del Piero leaving, Borriello being $#@!ed off back to Roma, and one of Quag/Matri leaving means we need to invest heavily in that department. Tbh, the only player in attack I'd be sad to see leave is Vucinic. Everyone else is dispensable.
We dont only lack attacker super high quality, we also lack defender super high quality.
For seven years we have been investing to better than average SSs, we have stacked up ahuge ammount of them, instead of a few and good ones, it is impossible to ged rid of them all at last, but at this point we have run out of finishers and our SSs create enough chances as they are, but we have noone to finish them.
So reducing the ammount of SSs and acquiring a super finisher is our priority upfront.
With Amauri, DP and hopefully Iaq gone
We are still stack with Pepe, Quaq, Matri, Giacche, Vucinic and prolly Giovinco too.
We need to have at least 2 starters and 2 subs if we keep a 3man attack.
So to get another SS, we need to ger rid of 3 of the above mentioned first, it wouldnt make sense to do it for a Destro guy, as he wouldnt be a real upgrade to the choices we laready have and a Jovetic class, would be too expensive to get after investing into a Jovetic class finisher.
We will just pay the stupid transfer decisions of the past years and have to settle for a compromise, while paving the place for a super class SS for the next year. If we do buy a Destro class again, we are making it harder to leave space for a Jovetic class next year. This is a mistake we have been making for far too long and we must stop it for a change.
