i though that taxes in italy and england were not very different ? the only one i knew which had low taxes was spain which is subject to change in the near future
I am not sure about the excact figures im too lazy to look it up but Italy are amongst the highest in the world if not the highest based on my ecenomical research. My logic is if we haveto pay the same wages if not even higher then Dzeko's on top of tax we won't be able to afford it isn't dzeko earning astronomical figures in the region of 9 million a season? Buffon earns 6.5 so I doubt we would pay anyone more then Buffon's wages unless they would make us money on shirt salses/advertising.
We may as well throw money at Neymar and pay him astronomical figures at least he would earn us money through shirt sales like Ronaldo did with Real Madrid. Another interesting fact Real Madrid made money off Ronaldo's transfer from Utd they actually paid back his fee and made profit from getting Ronaldo. Food for thought for us getting Neymar

So too answer the original post I personally would disapprove on getting Dzeko because ecenomically it's not wise and we could/should do better then him

i understand what you say , but that has nothing to do with taxes that has to do directly with the wage of the player which is too high because the difference in taxes is not that big to make a notable difference , still from what i know dzeko earns around 6-7 mil and i think that if he leaves city he will have to accept a new offer with less money considering that he shouldn't expect any team to give him the same salary .
Most of the big teams already have strikers and don't need him . He will never get that amount of money unless he goes to russia or he stays on bench at city

The perfect mercato, imo:

In:
Van Persie
Jovetic
Asamoah
Astori
Isla
Giaccherini

Out:
Iaquinta
Melo
Krasic
Martinez
Giovinco
Borriello - as in, not signing him
Esti - as in, not signing him

That'll work :D

I dunno, I just like Isla, and it's also a plus that he can be utilized in several positions. I'd just love to see him at Juve, that's all.

But if there's one guy on my list that I really hope we sign, it's Jovetic, I can't stress that enough. Van Persie is on the list because I believe there's a bigger chance of signing him than for instance Higuain or Dzeko.

However, if RvP were to move to Man City, I think Dzeko could be a possibility.

Gotze and Neymar would be awesome, but we are definitely not getting them this summer, if ever. Let's hope they stay at their respective clubs for a couple of more seasons; perhaps then we might have a chance :D

Suarez, Higuain, Destro, Verratti, Pogba, Asamoah, Ogbonha and recalling Giovinco would be the perfect mercato, but that isn't happening.

One average/mediocre player in, another one out. Nothing to get excited about :D
