I personally think Giacc is crap at LWB, he does nothing in attack except run, he cant dribble past anybody and if he gets the ball into space he just passes it back.
I never said he is great, but a player starting in the NT is rarely crap. Unfortunately Criscito was taken out of the team for non-footballing reasons so we can't say if he was going to start, but PDC is definitely lower on the list for Prandelli.

:agree: 100%. He just offers workrate.
Spot on! Isn't it the same when he plays for us? You never see him dribble.. He's similar to PDC: offensive player who cant dribble - decent cross and good workrate - people tend to think that's good enough. I dont. New LB, please.. Why not sign a good defensive minded LB and then play 4-3-3 with less duties for the strikers?
While I agree that his workrate is his number one skill, I wouldn't say he is that bad. And he isn't Maggio, but didnt look much worse in his 2nd game either.

Great that we are going after more than one WC player. Last few windows it went from Dzeko to Quag and then from Aguero to Vucinic (love Vuci but you know what i mean)

I don't know if I can believe that cavani is a possibility for us, too many signs of napoli won't sell him to us and he himself seem anti juve

any other real alternative than these 2? anyone from lesser quality? that poland guy? any other?

it will be depressing if we ended up with panick buy like borriello again

The future is looking really bright for us i see us dominating italy for the next 5 years at least especially now that the Milan clubs have no power in the market.

I dont get this deal with the co-ownership? I understand the benefit of loan + option to buy, we get another yearly installement, but whats the deal with the co-ownership of Asamoah and Isla? Because I sincerely doubt we'd let them go back to Udine.

We can split the amount we pay and not pay all of it once and I'm sure Beppe will try to negotiate a lower price next season for the remaining 50%.

Boys, everything I've seen just basically reiterates that it's about 30M for the pair, split into two payments. Udinese gets two healthy chunks, and has some purchasing power right away. Well see, but any of the terminology is going to be primarily for accounting purposes... wouldn't pay much attention to that co-own talk.

There's not going to be a negotiation for their 'other half' of these players, these are 2 of Udinese's top 3 players - and the two most desirable players from Serie A's 3rd place team. These fees are negotiated already, no doubt.
