Toni was found out in Bayern? he scored shetload of goals in his first season there, then had problems within the club. Cavani kept a good level in Palermo and had a decent WC as well. It's more than just two good season at Naples.

I think the best player we could buy this season, is Benzema. Balotelli is non grata, and to a lesser extent so is Tevez. Great players but Conte will have to see how their attitudes fit in! I can see Tevez as a more a realistic option than Baloney, provided he takes a pay cut and costs under 20m. An u likely scenario. Cavani, as Lion very correctly pointed out is a tad bit overrated. Good player but his situation kind of reminds me of Luca Toni a few years ago. (Not a player comparison. Just two great seasons with Florence and he was the big Italian dream. But he was hyped and eventually found out at Bayern).

Benzema/Suarez/Jovetic as marquee signings are the best options money can buy this season IMO. Rossi/Torres/Dzeko are other options that will be good but we shouldn't break the bank for them.
Benzema would be awsome but he is impossible to get .
Toni hasn't done bad at bayern

Sorry, but what? Found out at Bayern? His scoring record there was fantastic. Injuries and clashes with the coach ended his tenure, not ability.

My bad, I meant in a CL context. I didn't think he did very well with them during his time, largely in the latter part of his tenure. Of course the fallout with Van Gaal is a different discussion altogether.

I fear that Balotellis recent form and attitude forces city to sell him which could mean theyll keep Dzeko?
Dzeko , tevez , balotelli out
they remain with aguero , return guidetti , buy van persie and they would probably need another offensive player a winger probably since aguero van persie can cover for the striker position , they will have da silva , nasri , aguero , van persie , guidetti and i think another offensive winger can do the job

Still we don't know if manciogay will stay at city so you never know
