We don't because an established top forward will demand Buffon's wages, at minimum, and it looks like that is what we can't afford.
Our only chance for a high earning player is if it's a loan deal. We can pay 20 or 25m eur for an attacker, but it will have to be someone like Jovetic, whose wages will be at Vidal's or Vucinic's level.

That makes no sense to say we don't have money:
So, what happens if we fail to make CL we just don't buy anything then? If we make CL, that gives us what, an extra 24-28m? It's hogwash that we don't have money.

We used to love freebie, any complete list available? I think there was a website about this, something like www.bosman.com but that's not it.
