i don't think torres will stay in chelsea come summer.

i don't think suarez will stay in liverpool if they don't makee it to the cl either.

we should go for on of them. Torres on loan would be a good deal.

wish we could somehow get eto'o
Check the fee they got him for :p
40-45 if i remember well
we are never gonna get him althrough right now he is absolutely one of the best

ideally we should troll napoli.

negotiate for the signing of Lavezzi/hamsik/cavani. talk about it for weeks in the media. show napoli we mean serious business. offer them what ever they ask, so if they want 40 million for lavezzi so be it.

but all this while look and see who they be scouting as replacmenet. then troll them by cancelling the deal for lavezzi and signings whoever they were going to sign as the replacement.
i think they already have that vargas guy for lavezzi , althrough from what i hear he is not doing very good
but they need to sell to get him , i really think that lavezzi will leave next season and hope we get him

Liverpool paid 26.5 Million Euros for Suarez. I'm sure if he really wants us, and we push for him, we can get him for 28-30 Million, which is well worth it.

Torres on loan sounds like a really good option; I don't think anyone is willing to take a risk on him. Torres on loan, with an option to buy fixed for 25 Million Euros is a good deal. If he succeeds, we got ourselves a potent striker; however, if he fails, we just send him back.

Suarez over Lavezzi any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. Suarez can actually score goals, and save them too :D

Am i the only one who thinks Lavezzi > Cavani , or Cavani without Lavezzi can't score this amount of goals .

Anyway who would you prefer Lavezzi or Suarez ?!
You cant directly compare them because they fill simular roles, and they are both good at it.
However looking at impact, Cavani is better when played right, Lavezzi doesnt need such conditions.

In a static or non creative team, cavani will still be a pretty good striker as he can do things on his own, and win duels with defenders for long passes, has good movement and thinking, and is pretty clinical.

However, given a team fast wings, and he'll get in significantly more scoring positions, because his excellent movement and quick thinking.
Given a team with a creative/technical midfield, he'll make the entire team better because the way he can combine with other players, lay off, create spaces.

In napoli, he has a bit of both. hence, it doesnt matter that they cant build up from the back, just hoof it to cavani, he'll connect with lavezzi/inler/hamsik and work from there.

In case 2 and 3 cavani is the better player. In a static team however, i think lavezzi is better.

For us ? lavezzi is a great upgrade from pepe, but cavani combining with pirlo, marchisio, vucinic ? He would do better.

I prefer suarez to lavezzi because he is better offensively, is tactically adjustable to pressing, and comes at like half the price

I tought liverpool wanted to offload him ? At least thats what people tell me ?

agree on torrez, it could even be 35 mil, on his prime, he's insane. BUT, not obligated to buy. thats the most importand

if you do the torres deal and he gets back on shape you have one of top 5 strikers in the world

TBH

buy suarez

Pay torrez hellokitty wages, on a loan without fee (or little), and option to buy for 25 mil

then end the mercato

A few things

Has the board showed interest in torrez ?
Has anyone else ?
Is chelsea willing to accept this loandeal

We have shown interest in: Torres, Higuain and Jovetic. We also have on younger prospects like Destro, Boakye and Gabbiadini.
The media are throwing Suarez's name in the mix. Didn't read anything on that from "gurus".
Although not real forward, Ramirez is a "hot" name for Juve.
On mids, if ManU don't re-sign Pogba I think he'll be a Juve player this summer. :xfinger:

torres gets around 8 mil suarez gets almost 4
if torres comes seeing as he has performed badly in the last 2 years you give him 5 mil + 1 bonus
if chelsea accepts the loan offer remains to be seen , but they could accept it seeing as he is benched , flopped and it seems that abramovic does not intend to wait for him anymore
but if torres gets back in form you have someone who is potentially worth 40 mil

torres in his best form > suarez

And get banned for many games.
And call people Negros and bite others.

Don't get me wrong though, I'd like to Suarez here, but I think we need a winger real bad. A Lavezzi & Rossi swoop would be perfect, if that can't be done Lavezzi and Quagman reunite :weee:

Nothing on Lavezzi? I thought he was on our radar just a couple of weeks ago.

Not critisizing, just out of curiousity. what do you mean with "shown interest"

is that scouting, or actual approach / inquiry

Why wouldnt MU resign Pogba if Fergusson is known to like develop youngsters that have big talent ?

You dont need to convince me, i'm not fond of spanish players, but in form Torrez is worldclass, perhaps the best striker in the world in his role.
He also had the characteristics i adore in a striker, beeing pacy, technical, very adept at dribbeling and shooting, whilst beeing relatively tall, have an instinct for goals

however, my fear was that its one of those "early peak" players, that fade away afterwards.

If chelsea agrees to this loan deal, we should definatly do it. he had more potential then any of the players mentionned to us.

Is there any concrete info on what we offered chelsea ?
