I always miss the few times Marrone has played for us. I wish I could see him live in action.

Does Marrone like to sit in front of the back line or attack more? Because he always seems to be involved in our build up.

he plays in front of defense or at a 2 man middfield

definitely a dynamic player, not limited in any sense...lot of shades of Marchisio.
marrone is not the marchisio type of player

Yesterday he went forward a lot, participated in our build up as much as he could and did well.

Crazy? You mean composed, he does know how the tackle hard (Ben Arfa and Xabi Alonso) but I haven't seen him do any retarded stuff like Melo.

the guy is absolutely amazing. In my opinion the best DM in England last season.

Yep definitely a better player, less hot-headed then Melo too, but does pull off some fairly nasty tackles. Actually come to think of it, imagine a midfield line-up with him and Vidal, the opposition would start wearing nappies

He would complement pirlo well. Nobody would want to tackle Pirlo for the ball, cause then Nigel would be coming to get it from him... :)
Still I would prefer one of the bright french stars or Radja here. But perhaps his age would be more appropriate if we plan to do something in Europe in the next 3-4 years. Then there is the question of his wages and our wage structure.
