If he is on condition he is the best playmaker in the world
The problem is conte doesn't let him 1 minute on the bench he played all matches for 90 minutes and has also played for national team if you manage him and find someone the can let him rest you can get around 30 matches of quality from him
Pirlo is not the one of the first season for 2 main reasons
1) his condition is not one of the best
2) the condition of the team is not one of the best

De rossi is more physical better tackler but he doesn't have pirlos vision of the game
