I think we should go after Benega, Strootman or DDR.
All decent options. Players like DDR are more just clean possession than able to play a ball out the back to open the attack.
From what I've seen of Guarin, that isn't the kind of game he plays. Not that a Pirlo replacement must emulate Pirlo's style.
He's to dynamic...to play that deep

DDR has no problem playing the ball out of the back. He is a very complete midfielder.

I'd have no problems with a Vidal-DDR-Marchisio midfield next year.

We really aren't getting any Pirlo flair now...but you can be sure that DDR won't be losing the ball in and around the box.

A midfield of that trio would be dynamite next year and would be a BITCH for ANY team to try and break down.

DDR would be so awesome he's one of the most complete midfielders in the world IMO and has the potential to win something big with a better club. I also really like what I see from Strootman who's also an all-rounder.

You better pray that no aussies set foot in Vinovo :snoop:

Strootman is a PSV midfielder had a few bad injuries that slowed down his progression as a player but now he's starting to find some really good form for PSV and his NT especially. He's only 21 and looks like he could turn out very well. Not too much hype around him I think whoever gets him will get him for a bargain.

Here's some fapping material..

Replace Matri with Dzeko, Tevez or Benzema and we have a CL winning squad.. Right there its only 2nd round material.

Someone answer me
You want answers, kid. Here you go.

We were chasing him in the summer nothing came out of it. A newspaper claimed we made it clear we wanted him buy Cellino gave him an 18m price-tag.

Dont know for sure but he seems out of contact in the summer, but too vital for Cagliari to sell atm.
