I didn't even need to find out off some two bit guru on the VS site to know that Borriello wasn't a Conte choice. Why the fuck would Conte want Borriello, he is basically everything Conte doesnt look for in a player on and off the field. That was as clear a Marotta transfer as they come, loan + option to buy, Italian and not starting at his club. Disgusting transfer, God I hope we dont make it permanent.

Phew. For 6 months, its okay. Borriello suits our game. Too static, but lets be honest he's good with both his feet, physical and a good header. He's too old to offer 2+ year contract.

Matri has become a fan favorite for many but I can't see how some compition between the two can hurt the squad. Many coaches and experts claim that internal comepition in the squad is one of the best motivators. Everyone should earn their starting spot, just like Pepe took the starting spot from Krasic although him being a fan favorite.

He said it. If we win a big trophy it will be just a one in a decade since the Milano clubs will keep dominating. But winning a trophy would give credence to the board to keep destroying the team the way they've been doing for 6 years. Then he added how he was right all along.
