Pizzaro isn't Italian.

Thats the only shortcoming, in rest he is greatly superior.
He is the only player in Serie A who can actually replace Pirlo.
He is at the right age and form, to accept a sub role.
He is a far more gifted passer and has a way better tactical awareness and vision.
He has proven himself in serie A for many years and at a higher level of competition. etc etc
