Right now I think Milan wins the Scudetto based on their forwards. They can bag 3 goals in any given night. With Tevez they wouldn't have much if any advantage over you in that department.

How can you come to this conclusion? Milan is a pretty unbalanced team, the forwards are world class, but while their defs are okay, their midfield sucks (which is why owned them the last time). Juve are already more balanced, bringing Tevez won't improve that.
